We started this from scratch.
We’re Abdalla and Sara. We live in Elk Grove, and The Furniture Hub is ours. Nobody handed us a store. We started buying furniture that was still new — returns, and pieces that never got used — and selling it to people who didn’t want to pay full price.
Most of it is Article. When the deal is right we also carry Poly & Bark and Big Joe. We look at every piece before it goes on the site. If the box was never opened, it’s new in the box. If it was opened and not used, that’s Grade A. If someone sat on it a little and it’s still in good shape, that’s Grade B. We write what we actually see. We don’t hide a stain or a broken leg and call it open box.
The photos are the maker’s, so you can see the model. The grade and the notes are ours, for the piece we have.
What’s next
A real storefront.
Right now the furniture is in a storage unit, not a shop you can walk into. You text us, we hold the piece, and you come see it. If it isn’t what we said, you leave it.
We’re looking for a warehouse in Elk Grove so we can open a storefront instead of another storage unit. Lights on. You sit on it. You take it if it’s right. If you know a space, text us.
