Elk Grove, California
How a sale works.
Short version: you look, you pay, you take it. No returns, no refunds, no warranty from us. This page is the shop’s terms, not a lawyer’s opinion.
As-is. Final sale.
Every piece is sold as-is, where it sits. No returns. No refunds. No exchanges. Once you pay and take the piece, the sale is final, including if you change your mind, it doesn’t fit, or you notice something you could have seen on the floor.
Look before you pay.
You are welcome to inspect the actual piece in Elk Grove before money changes hands. Catalog photos are the maker’s pictures of the model, not a promise that our unit is unused, unblemished, or identical to the photo. If you don’t like what you see, leave it.
No warranty from us.
The Furniture Hub gives no warranty, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent the law lets us say that. We do not repair, replace, or refund a piece after it leaves. Any leftover manufacturer warranty, if one even exists on an open-box or return item, is between you and that company. We do not file claims and we do not speak for them.
Holds are not a sale.
A text, a hold list, or a message on this site asks us to set a piece aside. It is not a contract and it is not a payment. We can release a hold if we don’t hear back. The sale happens only when you pick the piece up and pay.
We are not those brands.
Article, Poly & Bark, Big Joe, and any other name on a piece are trademarks of their owners. The Furniture Hub is an independent reseller in Elk Grove. We are not those companies, not an authorized dealer unless a listing says so, and not endorsed by them. Product names are used so you can tell which model we have.
Photos and names.
Catalog photographs, product names, and brand marks belong to their owners. We show them to identify the model. We don’t claim to own that photography or those trademarks. If a maker wants a photo taken down, they can text us and we will deal with it.
What we are not on the hook for.
To the extent the law allows, The Furniture Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including a piece that doesn’t fit your room, a color that looks different at home, a delivery delay, or a problem that was visible when you inspected it. If we are liable for something, that liability is limited to the price you paid us for that piece.
Messages.
If you write through the site, we store your name, phone or email, and the message so we can reply. Don’t send anything you wouldn’t want us to have. We don’t sell that list.
